1. Service Agreement
By engaging Novacore for auto repair services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services at our facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Service Charges & Payment
- Service charges are quoted before work commences
- Payment is due upon service completion
- We accept cash and major payment methods
- Warranty on parts and labor: 30 days from completion
3. Liability & Warranty
Novacore warrants workmanship on repairs performed. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed. Vehicle ownership responsibility remains with the owner during service.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Service cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking. Refunds for completed work are subject to parts cost recovery. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
We collect vehicle and contact information to provide services. Your data is processed in compliance with Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Novacore's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service provision.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or local courts in Kuala Lumpur.
